I want to attend the Virtual Meeting. How can I attend and participate in the meeting?
Shareholders who want to participate (e.g., vote in real time or submit questions) in the meeting will need to complete the following steps to log into the virtual meeting:

Step 1: Log in online at: https://web.lumiagm.com/492333559

Step 2: Click “I have a control number” and then enter your 13-digit control number and password “brookfield2023” (case sensitive).

I am a Shareholder. How do I obtain my Unique Control Number?

REGISTERED SHAREHOLDERS:

If you hold your Brookfield Corporation shares in your own name, your control number will be located on the form of proxy. If you use your control number to log in to the meeting, any vote you cast at the meeting by online ballot will revoke any proxy you previously submitted. If you do not wish to revoke a previously submitted proxy, you should not vote during the meeting.

NON-REGISTERED SHAREHOLDERS (including beneficial shareholders):

If you hold your shares in the name of an intermediary (such as a broker or a bank), you will need to obtain a control number in order for you or your appointee to vote by online ballot at the meeting. You will need to complete the following steps:

Step 1: As with previous years, you will need to insert your name (or appointee other than the management nominees) in the space provided on the voting instruction form you receive from your intermediary and return it by following the instructions provided to you in the distributed proxy materials.

Step 2: You must complete the additional step of registering yourself (or appointees other than the management nominees) as the proxyholder by calling TSX Trust Company (“TSX Trust”) at 1-866-751-6315 (within North America) or 1 (647) 252-9650 (outside of North America) or online at https://www.tsxtrust.com/control-number-request by no later than 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on Wednesday, June 7, 2023.

Upon completing these steps, TSX Trust will provide you or your appointee with a control number which will allow you or your appointee to log in to and vote at the meeting. Failure to register the proxyholder with our transfer agent will result in the proxyholder not receiving a control number to participate in the virtual meeting and only being able to attend as a guest.

GUESTS:
Upon entering the webcast link, click “Guest” and then complete the online form. Shareholders and others without a control number will be able to attend the virtual meeting as a guest, but will not be able to ask questions or vote at the meeting.
